Veteran light heavyweight and friend to Let There Be Fight Renato "Babalu" Sobral turns 35 today.
Some fighters approach MMA as a sport, others as a fight; you decide where Babalu falls. Below is an excerpt from an interview I had with him recently about Gegard Mousasi:
“‘I wanna knock Babalu out! I wanna hurt him every round!’” Babalu said, mocking Mousasi in a nasal falsetto. “Yeah, just like I want to do! He can ask David Heath about that.”
